Job Summary:

Our Dispatch team is a pillar of the entire organization’s effort to increase our customer’s satisfaction. We are looking for an outgoing and well-spoken Customer Service Representative to receive & make calls to assist customers with booking their appointment in the CRM and promoting the brand’s services through having a general understanding of plumbing & HVAC services job types.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.00 Hourly *Plus Bonus*

Essential duties & responsibilities:

* Organize, prioritize, and equally divide the incoming customer service orders to available Field Technicians.

* Follow company training to ensure prompt and accurate dispatch of incoming orders.

* Follow the priority service schedule to ensure the "right" technician is on the "right" job.

* Call every customer with a 30-minute lead and verify availability (voice confirmation that the customer is or will be onsite) before the technician is dispatched to ensure the tech is always punctual

* Make absolutely sure that every client is notified of the status if the technician is not going to arrive within the quoted timeframe. If the technician has not arrived by the midway point in the timeframe the customer must be contacted and updated on the current status. (Status Updates every 10am / 2pm)

* Give status updates periodically throughout the day to clients who are awaiting service.

* Control Technician status (en route, standby, parts run, lunch, meeting time, EOD, etc.)

* Use the fleet GPS tracking system to accurately track Technicians and their time

* Send out Daily call counts throughout the day to all office staff and managers for the current and following 3 days.

Skills you bring for success:

* High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)

* 2-year degree a plus

* 1-2 years of dispatch experience required

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

* Exceptional customer service and phone skills

* Strong attention to detail with problem-solving capabilities

* Strong listening skills

* Ability to achieve the target goal

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

* Proficient at typing & comfortable with computers
